Tempranillo’s maximum expression

Grape Selection
Every great wine requires excellent quality grapes. Manually harvested, grape bunches are selected individually at the vineyard and brought to the winery exclusively in small boxes and crates. Once here, the grapes are cold soaked to preserve them from oxidation. After 24 hours, the grape bunches undergo a second selection at our manual sorting table.

WINEMAKING
Bodegas Resalte makes wines that showcase our terroirs. Each vineyard is vinified separately to prevent mixing grapes with different characteristics and preserve their identity and profile. Primary fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Winemaking is done using gravity flow methods to prevent oxidation, and gently extract only the finest and silkiest tannins, as well as extend the resulting wine’s aging potential.

AGEING
If the fruit from each of our vineyards is vinified separately, the ageing process is also tailored to each plot, with detailed attention to the character of the fruit and the profile of wines we want to make.

BOTTLING
Wines further evolve in the bottle in a special temperature and humidity-controlled room where they refine their tannins. Before bottling, each bottle is thoroughly cleaned to ensure maximum quality. Labelling is carried out right before the wines are released to market to guarantee the maximum quality.
